PHEW! finally the exams are over
obviouly fucked up my math...sigh..

ok la didd'nt really study as hard
and i shoud it's juz that auntie tijani and din
came to my house yesterday
to visit my grandmother..and talk
i eavesdrop them..kpo lah..
and apparently
my family's having some issues..
complcated stuff tat i don't really understand
but anyway my grandmother talked about her hardships in life..
being a single parent and all..my great grandmother have lyk 13'14 kids[ppl in the past r horny]
and my grandmother was the 1st child..
she told auntie tijani that she didd'nt go to school coz she have to take care of her siblings
when she was 9 she send her baby sister to the doctor alone..
it's lyk she's given a heavy responsibility since young
and the burden she have to carry becomes heavier when she got married
at 16 and lyk have 4 kids...
my grandfather was'nt really there for her i think and they eventually divorced
and she raised my mum,aunt and uncles by herself
both her jobs involves cleaning
cleaning the block and claening people's house
that explains her fastiodness for cleaning every spot in the house
and apparently i picked up her habit too ;)
she ALWAYS thinks about other people and the problems in her head is not hers
but problems and worries of her siblings who only look for her when they are at a
troubled state..if not i think they won't even look for her
she told din and auntie tijani she have to put a happy face
just to hide her problems and she have nobody to consult to even if she has them
my grandmother wishes to own a diary to express her thoughts but she
could'nt even write
for mother's day this year i wanna buy her a tape recorder
for her to express her feelings and concerns
and [touch wood] if she leve this world..i'll give the tapes that she recorded to her siblings
so that they realise how ungrateful they r to my
grandmother who take care of them when they are young
and willing to work hard for give them money just to make them happy in the past
the thing that she said that touches me the most is that
she wish that one day if she's sick, she hopes that it's not a serious illness
so that she won't trouble anyone to pay her medical fees
i mean how thoughtful is that?
if my parents,aunt and uncle or grandaunt and uncle won't help her
i know taht my brother and i would
coz we love our grandmother to death
we would never abandon her in the time of need
so cherish every moment we have with our grandparents
and don't just treat them like a bank just because the got their cpf and all
cherish them now before it's too late
